The Technical Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the company with a wide range of technical efforts. This includes assisting the internal team with IT tasks, creating data-focused presentations, and supporting the onboarding/offboarding of new team members from our internal tools. The Technical Operations Associate is also in charge of tool access, providing tool orientation, and helping team members troubleshoot tools as needed.
In addition, the Technical Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the company in making payments and purchases and managing payroll. They also support other areas of the team, including technical support, QA, and technical marketing with various initiatives and tasks.
