What you’ll do:

As the Growth Lead at SnapMagic, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing and product-led growth initiatives focused on electrical engineers, playing a pivotal role in driving awareness, engagement, and retention. Your role encompasses the development and execution of marketing, product, and partnership plans, to enable us to expand our presence in the dynamic electronics market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans tailored to the electronics engineers using a proactive and targeted approach.

  • Analyze product funnels to and action key strategies to maximize growth

  • Own all outbound communications to our users via email, and other digital channels like social media, newsletters, Intercom, etc.

  • Action Oriented: You have a bias towards action and are willing to roll up your sleeves to execute.

  • Exceptional Communicator: You clearly articulate complex ideas (visually, verbally and written). You show rather than tell where possible, and make things easy and joyful for people to grasp.

  • Authoritative and Rigorous: You understand that marketing a technical audience requires rigorous and accurate technical expertise and depth in the content we create. You are able to go to this depth to ensure content that brings value to the user.

  • Ambitious: Excited about quadrupling growth the next 12 months.

  • Passionate: You love creating great experiences for users and bringing joy to their days by demonstrating value

  • Highly Technical: Highly adept with analytics tools, product analysis tools, SEO tools, marketing tools, social media tools, scheduling tools, A/B Testing tools, etc.

  • Curious and Data-Driven: You’re curious and love finding interesting insights in data and actioning them.

Job requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in marketing or a similar field, with a focus on a technical audience.
  • Digital marketing expertise, demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in a technical domain

  • Experience with SEO, digital advertising

  • Technical acumen, familiarity with marketing and analytics tools

  • Degree in a technical field

  • This is a hybrid position that will require in-person work days, 3 days a week

The expected salary range for this role is $150,000 - 200,000

Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Redwood City.
