SnapEDA (YC S15) is looking for a Customer Success Engineer to join our growing team as we pursue our mission to help engineers design electronics faster.

What you will be working on
You’ll join our team as a Customer Success Engineer and be responsible for making our product successful for our customers (semiconductor and other electronic component industry executives). You will nurture relationships by understanding customer needs, and making beneficial technical recommendations. You will rally resources internally to maximize customer value.
You are the type of person who loves going the extra mile to thrill and delight customers. You are metrics-oriented and like to make results happen.
2 or more years of experience in a customer-focused role
1 or more years of experience working with data, SQL, etc
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, managing renewals and leading monthly and quarterly progress meetings
High attention to detail and superior organizational skills
Strong technical skills
Appreciation for metrics and data
Sense of urgency and resourcefulness
Experience and desire to work with a start-up, in a fast-paced environment, and in a remote, distributed team
Ability to form strong relationships and empathize with the customer
